The Key To Signing More MLM Associates

The most important aspect of any multi-level marketing business is the people.  This is true in any business but it is especially important when you are trying to find associates to bring into your organization who will help to build your income.  There are a lot of opportunities out there so how do you get a MLM lead interested in yours?

The key is to understand what the prospective associate is interested in.  They really dont care about your product.  And they dont care about how well you have done with the program.  They are only interested in one thing.

The potential new member you are pitching only wants to know what the business can do for them.  People are almost always self-centered and they will only show interest in a situation that can affect them.  Most of these people will have absolutely no desire to learn anything at all about your opportunity unless you can make it relevant to them.

The job you now have is as a transformer.  In order to get the lead to sign and become a member of your down line you must show them how the business can transform their life.  The people who are looking for a money making opportunity are the ones who are unhappy with their lives.  Focus on how they can get what they want with your opportunity and they will join your team.

Don’t try to sell the program, this is how most new MLM people get off track, you just need to sell the dream.  That person across the table is not interested in how the organization is set up or what the structure is like.  They are only interested in what’s in it for them.

When you show someone how the business can impact their lives then they will show interest in what you have to say.  If you aren’t able to ignite the dream they have then you might as well walk away right now.  If that lead doesn’t feel the possibilities your opportunity offers there is not hope in signing them.

Your job in this process is to be a change agent.  You absolutely must show the person you are talking to how the business can change their life.  The majority of people are not happy with their standing in life and they want to make a change for the better.  These people are ready to make a leap if you make the connection between their dreams and your plan.

This all is about how your opportunity can transform the prospect’s life.  Everybody has dreams they want to reach.  You need to show the person how your plan can help them to satisfy their desires and wants.  Show them how your business can provide the roadway to their success.
